The former Lincoln Park public housing site in Hampton, Virginia was demolished by the housing authority in 2015. For nearly a decade thereafter, the 23-acre property sat vacant—surrounded by a chain-link fence and standing as a stark reminder of what once existed at the heart of the community.

Our development team founded by Ross Vierra, Nick Jacovides, and in partnership with Jerry Miller and The Miller Group,  recognized not just an empty parcel of land, but an opportunity to restore purpose, dignity, and connection to a historically significant site. Through extensive collaboration, planning, and vision, we brought forward a transformative redevelopment plan to reimagine this long-neglected property into a vibrant, mixed-use community now known as Trilogy at Olde Hampton.

 

Designed as a true community village, Trilogy at Olde Hampton blends for-sale homes and rental residences within a thoughtfully curated, resort-style environment. The development is strategically located near major military installations, regional shipyards, and downtown Hampton—creating a gateway that reconnects residents to employment centers, amenities, and the broader fabric of the city.

The project thoughtfully integrates luxury, workforce, and affordable housing, alongside community-serving amenities including a day spa and a childcare center. This inclusive approach ensures the development welcomes former residents back home while opening doors for new families to thrive.
